Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one email account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and guard your email boxes against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailboxes against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted mail messages will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and select if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you wish to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
